That's not "horns": That's pencil lines protruding at the head area. By your reasoning he's got horns on his legs and by his waist too.

My guess is that Yamato finally re-joins the fight fusioning with Sasuke to not only save his life but also form the anti-rikudou super ninja that can confront Madara until they find a way to retrieve the Kyuubi (Gai, Lee and Tenten assisting Minato and Kakashi with the "who cares"- ninja tools Madara spat out earlier)...
The story overall is good, It's thrilling, sort of, but also close to evolve into super transformation Dragon Ball 9000 GTZ which just is a bit over the top imho, I mean, they're shinobi, no super sayans... When I first read Naruto I was probably 13-14 years old and it easily became my favorite series, but now that it's eventually approaching it's finale, it becomes a little bit too predictable at times (god, I hope, I am SO wrong with this!!!) and it's harder and harder to keep the climax up.

it could be a result of a mistake of drawing but the silhouette otherwise looks very accurate

lol, they pieced that together from 3 different Zetsu's, that makes no sense. The horns they point out are only on the one being developed, and I don't know why they're focusing on the feet either, most people have feet. And someone's already wearing the spiral Zetsu, perhaps Yamato, but we don't know that yet either. Either he's the person who's there, which doesn't make much sense - he was the one who interfered with Orochimaru's group but got smacked down, so they're closer atm - or it's someone else, but based on that image from reddit I'm not confident in saying it's Zetsu. I don't know who, but the reddit thing isn't convincing to me.

I think part of the reason its easy to predict is that there are such few players and all the cards have been revealed. Unless the author pulls something out his ass ofc (which people always complain about).

Zetsu's not the only one with no shoes on - Kabuto's still a fit in this regard. Also, Karin doesn't know about him - or his unusual chakra - so that's also plausible. I still don't know myself, I'm happy to just wait and actually see, but that's my best reasonable guess right now, Zetsu's another possibility. It's silly to act like we know for sure though.
