I believe the "unlimited chakra" is more an endless supply of it, not that you can possess an unlimited amount of it at any one time. If you only have a certain amount of chakra at any one time to split into clones, then that's your limit. I believe that's the point the manga was making.

In this case a large amount of the available chakra was 'reserved' for maintaining the barrier, so the rest of the chakra reservoir was only able to split into a certain amount of clones. You will never run out of chakra, but you still have a max amount in your reservoir. Think of it as a certain amount of max mana with a really high mana regen.

unlmited chakra =/= unlimited Chakra

they can spam as many techniques as they want jsut not at the same time, they have the same size tank its jsut there tank gets intantly refilled, so since there using so much chakra on the shiled theres a limited amout they can share with clones

Well, I think I remember Madara saying something about his infinite stamina due to edo tensei after the beat the 5 kages. But when in doubt it's probably plot either way.

Didn't he use rinne tensei to revive himself so he could become the juubi's jinchuriki...? He can't become the jinchuriki as a zombie, it was clearly stated he can't. Or does kishi really make it that hard to follow now that the rinne tensei actually didn't go through?

ok... i think im gonna stop reading this Manga.. It started really good but now they just throw BS at us.. im pretty sure how this gonna end... Obito gonna be unstopable he gonna kill some people.. Naruto goes rapmage.. he tries to protect everyone.. gets hurt .. then sakura or sasuke gonna get attacked Naruto tries to save him and dies... everyone going into SADMODERAGENINJUTSU and unite their powers to take down that Obito whos got so much power from god know where ^^.... and at the end they give us the Peace we all wanted to see and some shots of the Village after the war with Naruto getting his Hokage despide being dead just like his Dad.. and everyone is happy that Naruto is their hero and then we can go F our selfes ... ^^ Happy End ...

Yes he looks unstoppable....FOR NO FUCKING REASON AT ALL. The power jump is just too much imo.

I guess it had to be done since he had the hokages join the battle thought :[
