Its not a "god" really, and it wasn't as powerful when it was released out on its own, so why power boost when he absorbs it? They just gave a lame reason that he could concentrate it now.

It's like that with all the jinchs i think. They always seem more powerful in a compressed state. The big-size thing tends to only flail about..

think of the Juubi as a flashlight, now imagine Obito as a lazer

the Juubi had tons of power that was being focused everywhere Obito is taking all that power and focusing it on one thing at a time

hmm pretty sure the jyuubi power going to be limited since he isnt a full jyuubi rather he was made using the 9tail fox power from two edo tensei and only part of the 8 tail. Regarding 1st and 2nd, they should be fine since they are edo tensei and should regenerate right?

There's still this 9tails and 8tails from which the mayority of the power hasn't been absorbed yet??

(this rantish thing has nothing to do with this chapter, just the juubi as a whole, but I guess the whole is more than the sum of its parts or smthin)

it makes a lot of sense, before in the manga it talked how bijuu's potential could only be fully utilized when the bijuu had jinchurriki's and it's the same now with the juubi
