I wonder if he could now... minato's teleport move wasn't a standard technique per say. Minato would place a seal on the person and then the seal allows him to teleport to the person in an instant. I don't think kakashi is more powerful than tsunade, he may have a very strong attack, but beyond that, i dont think his overall power is enough to take on individuals like the kages in a 1v1. We know for sure though kakashi is at the very least top 3 jounin in the village, as he was the next in line to take over for hokage just in case tsunade actually died. Hokage's are not just about power, but also intellect and they have a very good reputation with the village and politicians i think. | ||

Only way I can justify Madara just flipping his shit randomly, would be crediting Tobirama's assessment instead of making up my own story. Stronger your eyes, the more batshit fucked you get. Done deal. Kakashi is way stronger than Tsunade, no doubt in my mind. She does have a multitude of overpowered healing abilities though, so overall her usefulness is stronger. That doesn't correlate very well to 1 vs 1 confrontations though. Kakashi as next Hokage would have the story milked to profit until Naruto eventually becomes Hokage. Naruto becoming the next on the other hand, well then I can only assume the end is near. | ||

But that's irrelevant since neither of them have a bloodline limit/kekkei genkai. While "1 sharingan" was a pretty huge deal at the start of naruto it kinda lost its impact(friggin danzo had 10). Gai would beat both of them in a fight. He has the best taijutsu capabilities in konoha. He is shown similarly strong as kakashi, but gai has much more stamina. When kakashi is out of stamina, gai is still warming up. When tsunade is too slow to actually hit someone, gai would hit that enemy and the dude next to him with 100% precision. When regular ninjas are out of throwing knifes, gai just laughs: Fists are never out of ammo. He has just a very unprofessional personality, so he could never represent konoha to the nobles or the kages of other countries. | ||
