Well I guess it could be a combination of the fact that hes wondering why would they go to such an obvious place or he doesn't recognition it because pre-pain it wasn't damaged.

I have to disagree with you, Oro and kabuto have a lot of knowledge on that stone tablet in konoha. Plus a large amount of ninja was under Oro control to do research. Now Sasuke can read a large part of it.

And it's hard to believe a clan like the Uchiha would keep all their secret on one stone tablet inside konoha where Senju could easily find it. Not many people are alive to tell the whole story, probably zero. Why Sasuke need Oro? For a edo tensei or intel.
I would really like to see Shisui Uchiha part of story. The one that push Itachi, talking to Sasuke and explain him his motivation.

Honestly, I think they're just going to find Oro's tailor. You guys have to remember. he has been dead for quite some time and I'm sure he's worried about the way he looks. As founder and Kage of the Song clan and one of the legendary Sennin, it would be really humiliating if people saw him out of fashion.
