Eh, this smells more of foreplay for the power of friendship to create a powerup to destroy the big bad wolf, but I could be wrong. Then again, Kishi seems like he'd be an awful romance writer, so I hope I'm not wrong.

Really hope Naruto doesn't end up with Hinata. I have a feeling the hand holding is more in the sense of he's there for her after Neji died and not in a romantic way.

Yeah, actually, you're right on. I keep wanting to know what happens even though it's obvious. I don't know why, though, but there's just fun in getting to it; sometimes the road is boring, sometimes it's awesome. Even on action chapters, I just go through them as fast.

People don´t seem to grasp the huge character development that just happend. Ohh well, wasn´t expecting people to see it after watching this thread for two years :p Personally I was very fond of this chapter. Obito putting Madara in place and Naruto holding Hinata´s hand.

You know what would be the best ending? Well with everyone's powers combined they "kill" the Juubi, Madra and Obito. Naruto becomes Hokage, marries Hinata and they have 5 children. There is one final meeting between the entire Naruto cast before the illusion starts to fade... everyone is dead. The army was defeated, Madra and Obito had a falling out and lost control of the Juubi so their illusion died and Naruto is the only one left alive. He wakes up from his coma and witnessing the carnage around him he breaks into tears of utter defeat, yelling "Take me back!!!". Then Sasuke shows up and Naruto begs him to kill him. Everyone these boys cared about is dead and all of their dreams are shattered. It ends with them rasenganing/chiodoring eachother in mutual sympathy and agreement.
