Shikamaru and ino have parents? Check. Neji's character development? Check. Hinata being in love with Naruto? Check. At some point Gai or Rock Lee or both will open their death gate and die. Shino, Kiba and Tenten never had much of a story to begin with though. maybe Kiba's dog will bite it? I don't know anymore really. I feel like I'm still reading Naruto out of habit. But this sudden hand holding? Don't know what to make of it. | ||

Don't know what to make of it. your acting like its sudden and unexpected, Hinata was the first person to be nice to him and recently confessed seemes like pretty natural progression plus shes his emotional support right now | ||

First time I expected it after Hinata did *actually* die for Naruto(during the fight against Pain). The question is why now and not then? Does he need a male character pointing it out for him or something? | ||

Hinata was probably too busy recovering from DIEING to go have smexy time with naruto (plus probably too embarassed to be so bold) and Naruto wasnt in the village long before he had to go off to see the Raikage | ||
