Also, another thing, I give 80% chance that Kabuto will make it out alive. He doesn't seem fully commited to being the main villain, just as Orochimaru after Akatsuki showed up. Only reason Orochimaru had to die is because the plotline forced it through the Sasuke body takeover.

Oro wasn't that great but he is more interesting than what we have to deal with now.

Would the author possibly have done it with a similar take on Orochimaru? I mean what if Orochimaru based his body transfer technique on a technique Madara developed to achieve immortality. On one hand, Orochimaru needed to move from one body to another after a certain amount of time. What if Tobi is a "developed" Madara that used the original technique he developed to achieve immortality to get his plan to work? I mean, we haven't seen Tobi's face so who is to say Tobi from X years ago is the same Tobi in front of us at the present timeline. And who can also say at this moment if such a technique did exist that it has a similar restriction that Orochimaru had with his. As such, the Madara in front of the Kages is the physical resurrection of the "real body of Madara". About the soul issue, well, technically, you could apparently have a "self" through your physical being (cells/body) as evidenced by Orochimaru trying to take over Kabuto while the real Orochimaru is dead (soul and all), so maybe it is a "twist" based on that. Just a thought. Cheers!

And I don't believe that kishimoto will make a difference between the plot in the anime and the manga about the masked guy.

Kushina tells us about the history of the Uzumaki clan: -the Uzumaki clan sent Kushina to Konoha as a vessel of the Nine-tails -The clan have unusually long life spans and are masters of sealing techniques -+ Show Spoiler + -Unique kind of Chakra that enables them to Control Tailed beasts -+ Show Spoiler + -the clan being wiped-out of neighboring ninja villages because of their unique and powerful abilities Which should concludes: -Kushina as the only "known" (well, for now) survivor of the Uzumaki clan Which, now presently tells us about Tobi: -Has an unusually long life span (ie., IS alive during the Kyuubi attack vs Minato) -+ Show Spoiler + -Has the same "chakra chains" used by the Uzumaki clan -+ Show Spoiler + "So does that make Tobi an Uzumaki?" Maybe/Most likely. But he also has the Sharingan (and recently, the Rinnegan). I might have an answer or a theory for that: Those eyes might've been implanted to him (and he might contain some parts of Tobirama/Nidaime as well). Remember, Tobirama is also a Time-Space Jutsu user -+ Show Spoiler +

He's clearly stronger than all the other tailed beasts and their hosts, he's stronger than all the leaders of all the other nations, and it seems stupid to suddenly introduce stronger characters later on. This manga is approaching its end. In a year, only one of the major mangas will be left... One Piece. Which I hope goes forever. Tbh, One Piece might just go on or quite some time. its the oldest of the 3 major manga, but its the farthest away from the plot ending. I mean 2 of the Yonkou haven't even been more than introduced yet, and the Straw Hats just got the the second HALF of the Grand Line. I could easily see it lasting until 1000+ chapters

Yeah, I heard about this too. I'm pretty sad because MangaStream I've been reading Naruto and Bleach on there for about a year now. Anyways, you can try MangaReader, which is another popular site for manga. It has practically every manga you can find, too.

I expcted/wanted there to be more "plot twists" (this impure world shit was just weak) between the kage summit arc and this current one. I also wanted way more character dev with all the other members of rookie 9 =_= couldnt agree more. comparing every character after the appearence of Itachi and Oro to them, they just seem less interesting, if not boring. I remember Jonin fights being interesting and rare, the longer the manga went, the less interesting and exciting fights of "stronger" characters became. Its even boring to see the hokage fight to anyone, because he/she seems utterly "weak" compared to others and "stronger" fights in about every 2nd chapter for like 200 chapters now. I always like Neji as a character and thought he has great potential - in fact, he is completly irrelevant for the manga for 300 chapters now, just like so many other characters, they are just being replaced by stronger ones. I dont know how one-piece did it, but its so exciting to see who could potentially be a new rookie, a new shichibukai and obviously an emperor or admiral - even now, 500 chapters after seeing the strongest pirates meet for the first time. I simply dont have this feeling with naruto, its sad :/
