Both Naruto and Hinata will live. There's not much to gain from Bee dying. Still, it's a possibility. I can easily see the Raikage mourning his dead brother at the end of the war. I guess his death would be significant enough to offset the death of at least one villain. Everyone else on the list is completely expendable. It's okay if Tsunade dies -- she'll just join Jiraiya who's been waiting for her in ninja heaven. Besides, she has to die for Naruto to become Hokage. And if Kakashi doesn't die too, then he'll be made Hokage over Naruto. The only thing is, both of these characters have (basically) already died, so it's not really significant to kill them off. The ONLY significant character that can be justifiably killed off is Sakura. Sakura has become more and more expendable as the manga has progressed. Think about it: She was in love with Sasuke, but now he's pure evil. There is 0 chance she will live happily ever after with Sasuke. Period. Furthermore, she's never been in love with Naruto, and he knows it. And even though he was in love with her in the past, he got over it. So now there's 0 chance of being with Naruto. Lastly, she's still in love with Sasuke. Rescuing him from himself is the only thing she lives for, period. When he dies, there's no point in Sakura existing as a character anymore. So.... ***SPOILER ALERT *** Naruto will crush Tobi. Meanwhile, Sasuke will fuck up a whole bunch of lesser characters, and Madara will kill Tsunade and the Tsuchikage. Itachi will defeat Kabuto, causing Madara to disappear. Sasuke will maim Kakashi, but he will survive. When Naruto and Sasuke are about to kill each other, Sakura will step in to take the blow so Naruto won't die. Sasuke and Sakura will die together. Naruto will become Hokage, unite the ninja world, dedicate some monument to Sakura, and impregnate Hinata. The end. | ||

But there have already been rumors about a second time jump, which is totally plausible since the series will logically end with Naruto ultimately defeating Sasuke and becoming Hokage. Based on what we've seen so far I don't think that Naruto or Sasuke are stronger than either Madara or the Hashirama were when they fought, and I think that Naruto and Sasuke will surpass those two before their final bout. There are also a lot of other loose ends, primarily between Naruto and both Hinata and Sakura, but we also still know very little about the Sage of 6 paths, the fate of the Bijuu, and the true identity of the masked man. Also, will Sasuke see Itachi again? If so, how will that end? What about Kabuto? What about the remainder of the impure world guys? How will Naruto become Hokage with Tsunade still alive and well? There is a lot of shit that still needs to get sorted and, at the current rate of progression, I'd be shocked if the story doesn't last for at least another year, though I'm assuming it will be more. | ||
