Honestly there's too much going on, and everyone seems really overpowered. This chapter though gave me a tiny bit of hope that maybe they might tone down the overpoweredness. I like how the Kages had abilities, not one-hit-kill all attacks. They seem skilled, refined, and good at what they do. But of course, I don't expect that to return. | ||

He didn´t want to harm Sasuke so he missed on purpose. 3. Sasuke looks at the Raikage´s arm. The Raikage has to chop his own arm off. It´s practically laser eye napalm. If the Raikage, with the resources available to his country, had to chop his own arm off, then it probably is not easily countered. Now the question is, how is this supposed to be stopped at all? The only way I could think off would be fire proof scrolls with which to seal the fire. Then again you would be a sitting duck during a sealing, and probably catch even more on fire. That´s an actual plot hole, if I´m not mistaken. | ||

That´s an actual plot hole, if I´m not mistaken. Firstly, it is not impossible to move faster than the sharingan user's eyes can focus. Raikage does this very thing using his lightning cloak in their fight in the samurai premises. Sasuke doesn't look at his arm and he has to chop it off, he has shrouded his Susano'o in Amaterasu. Raikage makes a split second decision to attack Sasuke regardless of this, and while his attack connects, he has to trade his arm for it. Sasuke isn't even looking at the Raikage as the Amaterasu spreads to his arm. And how is something that 'cannot be stopped' a plot hole? A plot hole is when an event takes place that does not fit into the rules set in the mangaverse. If it's established it cannot be stopped, any events in which it isn't are in line with the plot. I might be misunderstanding your post, though. | ||
