Because Goku won't kill Jiren imo, even though Jiren dying would be pretty much the same as Jiren getting erased, so dying shouldn't matter to the losing universes. Everything less than dying was apparently permitted anyway, with Frieza's tortures. Goku not vegito or ultimate gohan. It was genki dama with lots of strugle from fatty and vegeta, not a power up. Cell was a pep talk by a father to make his son cleaner his doubts and a helping hand from vegeta back attack. Frezza had a lot of shit going on before the super sayan, and eve then there was the ressurections telepprts amd stuff. Even the freeza defeat was interesting. The disgust of!freeza for!being defeat and his unecesaary rage attack. And vegeta. Literally handled by gohan kuririn and yajarob after tanking everything goku could do. Super is just a cash cow that we can't let go because we are addicted. It has nice plot ideias. Interesting characters. But the execution is just bad. | ||

I mean if you watch the episode, it's not him remembering, it's him making a decision. Toppo wasn't sure he wanted to be or not and it seems accepting it changed his personality from before. Jiren states this with "You've made your decision, toppo." I enjoy Super, power scaling can be bad but since the first tournament, I've enjoyed it and don't have the hatred a lot of you guys have (and continue to watch?). | ||
