And D'Evils. Always D'Evils. That is Jay-Z's best song ever, undoubtedly for me. Well, Allure does give it a run for its money.

They were all pretty good, but none of them really struck me. I will have to give it another listen in a quiet area with headphones later.

I may be completely off, but maybe you'd like A Tribe Called Quest. They have pretty chill stuff. Have a listen of Midnight Marauders and The Low End Theory. They're not pure instrumental, but they have some of the best sampling imo. So look up their insturmentals if they fancy you. + Show Spoiler + Have a listen of Pete Rock's instrumentals as well. + Show Spoiler +

ATCQ is awesome, especially Midnight Marauders. And yes, I've been meaning to try out Pete Rock. His discog is currently sitting in my External waiting for me to listen to it. Thanks for reminding me.

I really liked MMLP2. i dunno how I feel about it being called MMLP2 because only the half before Rap God was anything like it. But I really enjoyed it. 1st half was throwback stuff, 2nd half is more recent eminem with older flairs. i dunno. i enjoyed it a ton

After a few listens I didn't like it that much, but the more I listened to it, the more it grew on me. The deluxe extras are great. + Show Spoiler + If anyone's attending Yeezus tour in NY, then ATCQ will have their last 2 performances as a group there. 20th and 24th November, if I'm not mistaken. I'm so jealous, because no cool artists come perform in my country, only some obscure rock and pop. :/ Well at least listening to Midnight Marauders during midnight is great.

by the way Bun B dropped a new album. it's a pretty solid Bun album. all his stuff's been kinda bland from a technical perspective post UGK (makes sense, he doesn't really have a reason to without Pimp). bland for Bun is still pretty good though - he's consistent in his styles at least. i haven't listened to a lot of this album but all the production in the past few have been super solid, southern style stuff (wow alliteration) best song so far: Fire + Show Spoiler + 2 chainz lets off a monster and the subtle changes in the beat is sick also self depreciating humor in rap is fucking great BIG BELLY MAN tldr sick beats, 2 rae sopts, lots of dat dirty south
