Also Earl just released another song from Doris with Casey Veggies and Vince Staples, I like the 3 of them but I didn't really like the song on my first listen, to me it sounded like they all had colds or something on the day, I'm gonna listen to again on my good set of headphones later because it might have just sounded really bad on my laptop speakers.

I hope you realize Eminem's freestyle is prewritten. Personally I like this one better + Show Spoiler + It's not nearly as forced and there's simply no flow like meth's flow.

Since this is a game-forum, http://www.g4tv.com/thefeed/blog/post/687222/freestyle-101-e3-special-supernatural/ I was there in 2006 when he set the world record for 9 hours straight. Can't believe it's been 6 years.

I am keen on knowing the history of hip-hop so I agree, but not everyone is. Edit: just to add to this, you will notice the artists who actually know say freestyle 'off-the-dome' (like supernat in the vid).

Like when he says "I'll probably live longer than you and never fade away, I'll never fade away, I'll never fade away, I know my fate". I just love it when he repeats stuff like that (not to mention his voice actually fades away after that), it really emphasizes the important parts and gives them a slightly different meaning. What can I say, I just love it. Or when he rhymes the exact same words with different meanings, it's so obvious yet so genius. "That was back when I was nine, Joey packed the nine". One of his best rhymes imo. Or "I got animosity building, it's probably big as a building, me jumping off of the roof, is me just playing it safe". So genius. Really looking forward to his next album.

GFK has aged so fucking well too, always staying relevant in his own unique way.

Speaking of Ghostface Killah if you don't know about Big Ghostfase you should. Check out his blog here http://bigghostnahmean.blogspot.co.uk/ he's a hip hop blogger who writes like GFK speaks and it's hilarious. I recommend starting off with his "Annual Softest Niggas in the Game" posts. edit: God that 2Chainz interview, I'm pretty sure they pay him that much to rap a verse someone else has written so they're not the worst rapper on the record.
