In this episode, we saw some emotion from him too: + Show Spoiler +Tearing up when he found out his dad died, celebrating his father with a drink at his grave, and becoming resolute to get back Donna. Yea, I loved that, too

The deal with Daniel's affair and embezzlement confuses me. Why would the managing partner of one of the (presumably) largest law firms in New York need to steal $500,000?
And why did Jessica believe him in the flashback? (About needing the money to pay for treatment)

Jessica believed him because she trusted him. Also its not like Jessica knew the exact state of his finances.

I'm pretty sure someone in his position would be making many times that amount a year.

If I make 10 million a year but need 10.5 than the amount that I make in a year isnt enough.

This show is so clever! but they need to give spencer more lady action.

If the illicit money goes into a separate account, that is. It also adds depth to Hardman's character; maybe there's more to the scandal than meets the eye, especially considering how he told Harvey "you don't know anything" when he was discovered. There are a lot of directions the writers could take with his character, even though he's seemingly an unscrupulous villain right now.
After this latest episode, you have to wonder; how long before Mike runs into one of the lawyers who payed him to cheat on the LSATs? Obviously there would be some mutually-assured destruction business going on that might make the writers steer clear of it, but that would be a cool thing to see.

There are cases of top executives committing financial fraud for tens of millions of dollars, in some cases hundreds. Why did they continue their fraud after they already got 50 million out of it? Greed is greed.

Nono, that's my point. If he were to embezzle, why is it for such a small amount? If it were a larger amount, it would make more sense.

Yeah but maybe Harvey can save Donna in his super slick way, then Donna is going to be the one trying to jump his bones. BAM.
Donna is hot.

I would have passionate sex with Donna in the missionary position while lovingly looking into her eyes.

It's on the way to become my new favorite show since house ended. This show keeps getting better and better each week, let alone the overall fashion/style of the show. Just awesome.
