And why did Jessica believe him in the flashback? (About needing the money to pay for treatment) Jessica believed him because she trusted him. Also its not like Jessica knew the exact state of his finances. I'm pretty sure someone in his position would be making many times that amount a year.
I didn't get this either. It was implied that a jury would assume Monica knew where the money was coming from. How could she? Did you see Hardman's house mansion on the episode of his wife's funeral? I'm pretty sure that guy has no trouble affording a few diamonds and vacations.

Just watched the latest episode. I am not an emotional guy at all, but the part where Harvey drinks "with"/to his dad, it was so well done. Damn.
Can't wait for the next episode.
Also. Jessica is scary.

Was a real good episode, definitely one of the ones that will stick out. Especially, the end scene was just so perfect.

"getting donna back" BOOM motherfucker, every single freaking episode gets better than the last, the screen play writer is so good. BTW Racheal? Possibly the hottest actor to ever act, said it here first! : D
Oh and what is up with thumbtacks/can opener?

Oh and what is up with thumbtacks/can opener?
There's no official word on it yet:
ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: The first question is obvious: What do they do with the can opener?
AARON KORSCH: I have some notions as to what they do, but there’s no definitive answer currently. [Laughs] I will tell you the story of coming up with the can opener. Originally, there was no can opener. You were wondering, Were they having sex in the office? What was going on? I wanted to imply that maybe they were, but then answer later when Rachel asked Donna ‘Have you ever?’ and Donna says ‘No’ and it’s truthful, so then you’re wondering, well, then what did they do? There was some thoughts that it should be a little less sexual innuendo in the front, so the can opener just popped into my head. There was a big debate: Do we tell people what they do with the can opener, or do we not tell people what they do with the can opener? It’s kinda my feeling that people want to want to know what the can opener was, they don’t really want to know. It’s gonna drive them crazy in a great way. I watch Twitter. I don’t think it would be ablaze if we said what the can opener was. It’d be a couple of comments. But because you don’t say it, people are like, “What was the can opener?!” I try to gauge what I would want as a viewer.

I think it is very important to go back remember that moment Harvey cornered Louis in the office and said he owed him one. Something tells me, that is about to happen. Yeah exactly, was thinking the same. Would be lame if they never used that, tbh.
I cant see them using that when they already have the perfect bit of ammunition to get Louis to turn on Daniel.

He didn't need money to save Alicia... he was using it to pamper his mistress. This was mentioned in one of the very first episodes where he comes back to the firm, like the funeral.
As someone pointed out above, his mansion, seen during his wife's funeral, clearly states he has more than enough money to pay for cancer treatment, with or without insurance, which he surely had anyway.
It's all blablabla to make up for the fact it was sex money

Louis is adorable in his braces :D

This show just keep getting better. Which is weird for a TV show. Pleasantly surprised so far. Acting is superb.

This show is quickly turning in to one of my favorites.
I do think they made it too obvious how the "one last vote" will turn out though. + Show Spoiler +Harvey and donna will tell louis that hardman tried to use him as the fall guy for his embezzlement and tip the vote in their favor Other then that the writing is spectacular.

Amazing so far. It was kind of disappointing to see Harvey so excited about his promotion on the same day his dad died.
I have one big question though. What's the whole Zoey deal? I'm so confused what it has to do with the plot. Can someone explain it to me? Does she like Harvey?
