It's on tonight!
Thanks for the headsup (and the PM)! Episode was pretty bad, though. Drama! Drama everywhere! And no lawyering to be found

overall i think they closed the series pretty well. i could kind of see the ending coming and i gotta say it is pretty bittersweet. also it was great that we got to see mike and harvey do some lawyering one last time. the references to old lines and scenes was also a nice touch

Possible Suits: Seattle in the future tho?? :D They could also keep Suits going without Donna/Harvey/Mike etc., they already have a decent cast. Just need to find a few more strong replacements. Katherine Heigl was a good start.

I loved the fake reverse interview part at the end. Really awesome episode. Gonna rewatch the whole thing next year or so.

For much of the final season, Faye was 100% in the right and almost everyone else (except Alex and Katrina who were generally beacons of morality) was continuing to commit shady shit and then whine about Faye scolding them for doing it, as if that weren't the exact reason why she was installed in the firm to begin with. I lost count of how many times Harvey and Donna and everyone else blamed Faye for taking down Robert Zane's name (which she was 100% justified in doing, based on the optics of that situation), stripping Louis of his title (which she was A MILLION PERCENT justified in doing), and firing Samantha (which, again, she was justified in doing, even though the official trial could have gone either way). Quite frankly, for most of the season, Faye was fair and not really a villain. I didn't love Faye as a character, but what I liked even less was that the entire final season's storyline was about how there really was never any accountability and that the partners ultimately got away with everything. I didn't want them to necessarily suffer, but this was some Grade A Level Plot Armor. The rules just never applied to them, even when an arbiter of justice was given direct control of the whole damn firm. That being said, once Faye started asking the partners to backstab each other, and especially during her own trial, I started losing respect for her. I thought it was interesting how they managed to bring back so many people in the final season (I wish Rachel could have come back besides just being in some series finale photos, but Meghan Markle is a duchess and apparently that's a no-no). Given the fairy tale ending that everyone got, I thought it was really odd and unexpected that Sheila started to get complications in the hospital, but it was nice to see that Louis grew up in the last two episodes of the series. Also, did Harvey and Donna seriously just get a free wedding? And with people who they don't know, yet are somehow clapping and dancing for them? The ending was definitely contrived, and Harvey moving into the little leagues is pretty bullshit, although it's nice that Harvey, Donna, and Mike are all together... even though there's no way there could be a spin-off, since Rachel is off-limits now. We'll watch Pearson next

Also, apparently it's only going to last one season anyway: https://tvline.com/2019/11/01/pearson-cancelled-season-2-suits-spinoff-usa-network/

But there is a korean version of suits with its first season on netlfix. It will give you some mad deja vu at times I tried watching for about an hour and I really couldn't get into it... I'm generally very critical of homage shows and how closely they respect (or don't respect) the original show. Plus, there's only one true Harvey/ Donna/ Mike/ Louis/ Jessica
