+ Show Spoiler [speculation] + I'm pretty sure on how it will play out though if they do go the Hardmann is the villain route. Hardmann will turn out to be working with Tanner to destabilize/takeover the firm and they conspired to plant the memo because they knew it was guaranteed to hurt Harvey and Jessica one way or another. Even with it only resulting in the firing of Donna it undermines the confidence placed in Harvey and in turn some of the confidence placed in Jessica too. At the end of the season I suspect we might see a split of the firm, with Hardmann-Tanner forming and Jessica teaming up with Harvey to form Pearson-Spectre. Unlike Mad Men though I suspect the main characters will retain control of their original business rather than starting fresh elsewhere. | ||
