I felt it was pretty obvious that the file didn't get there legitimately and that its gonna be resolved by firing/prosecuting someone else, after which Donna returns miraculously. My money would still be on Hartman.

I like the theme of Harvey getting more desperate as the walls close in around him with Mike as his last real voice of sanity. I really love the Louis-Rachel team as the yin to Harvey-Mike's yang. The more we find out about Jessica's past, the less I like her. I hated the prank angle.

It showed that even though she is an elegant, authorative women, she still finds leisure time to play. And that's pretty darn sexy in my book.

What would he get out of it by just punching lewis? nothing. He rather just have lewis in his pocket when he needs it. As much as he hates lewis, he knows that he can be a key player at the right time.

Wouldn't it be pretty simple to dismiss the complaint by establishing that Keith backing a complaint was out of a personal grudge than a real expert opinion, especially when there are no other experts backing any of the complaints? I found it a little strange the other side just let that go and went straight to the dealing table. I think they'd be able to counter argue that since he designed everything he'd be the best person to point out flaws and validate any complaints against his former company.
