Obviously not... he's an irregular, and they call him the up-and-coming Slayer, not the best E-rank Regular. | ||

Obviously he is an Irregular. But we are comparing his power to the top 5 E grade regular. The current known top 5 E Grade regular is Anak and Ran. The other 3 is unknown I think. Baam probably is the strongest character among the E grade regular. | ||

I was refering to this page http://www.mangareader.net/tower-of-god/146/16 It says that since that girl is here the top E rank regular is here. Which pretty much confirms that it's not Baam, and with a slight possiblity of Laure, but very low. | ||
