I agree, it was just so over the top and visceral that I couldn't help but laugh.

I loved the actor for the Surgeon, he's like christopher walken crossed with a german guy.

Interesting idea...
Whoever thought of this is a pretty god awful sicko.
Yet another movie into my "never watch" list. Not because of the "horror movie" label, but rather I am afraid that it may cause my imagination to wander toward the similar direction.

The 2 people in the back wouldn't live for long.
2 days or less. The would become violently ill and... well... up chuck the other way... the whole system wouldn't last very long at all.

I was thinking he was actually gonna remove heads and stuff.
I guess if you don't think too much it would be pretty creepy...
