Not if the doctored modified the top two parts so that the small intestines do not absorb all the nutrients from the chyme created by the stomach. Also by removing the large intestines in the top two parts as well. That way, the chyme should be able to move throughout the entire elongated small intestine of the three parts via peristalsis, and giving enough nutrients remaining for the lower parts to absorb. | ||
