Yuki Kajiura emphasizes string instruments, and often uses vocals as an instrument (she has her own "fake" language. Lately she is known for composing of Type-Moon anime and Madoka Magica. Yoko Kanno has more range and variety, and often composes for high-budget anime. Hideyuki Fukasawa has a more "orchestral" style, and often works in games.
