L-W-W..... exactly like last year's grand finals except OG was on the other side. Don't get too comfortable.

I dont understand why it's so hard to counter OG draft.

Most of their game is just pure aggression
Why not try some pure defensive draft ? Just pick Oracle/Dazzle to save people & a carry with great teamfight like Void or Jugg.

Not your fucking TA...

i wish the solution is really that easy

I am more and more convinced that LGD should've faced OG. They looked better against OG than this shit

You think LGD would have survived the Ember+Monkey game? No way.

There is a chance as at least LGD has a clue how to fight OG in an aggressive stance.

This is similar to why i would've preferred DK or EG fighting Newbee than VG during TI4 finals because they at least would make the games look close. Just a difference of style and familiarity

Exact same reason Newbee ruined the TI7 finals when they killed LFY.

LFY i had so much hope about that team. Whatever this is the results we have. Liquid and OG earned it

I agree to a point. What I mean to say is that it seems like OG’s way of playing would lose to a team that didnt allow themselves to be bullied into not playing flawlessly

So basically OG beat teams that they're better than, and would lose to a team that was better than them

Not exactly. More like OG strategical approach to dota is one dimensional and unsound in that it relies on their opponents being sufficiently prone to make mistakes.

I'd say it's very fucking sound if it works well vs the best teams in the world.

Thats because you’re so unambitious as to settle for winning. If OG cared about greatness they wouldnt just be content with beating teams that are making mistakes, they would play in a way that would allow them to not instantly lose if a team that doesnt make mistakes comes along

And OG at TI has the same intimidation factor as VP has throughout the season. It feels like every game they win from the other POV is just some clowny shit and a frustrating experience.

People just need to chill when playing vs them and stop their game. You just need to slap them down a notch.

Matu is not here anymore, MC has been given the responsibility of the green hero and he can't handle it, his green hero pool is too small.

This is Dota, a team that does not make mistakes does not exist.

Liquid won a game and got absolutely shit stomped 2 games in a row while stubbornly picking the same heroes every single game.

A very typical Liquid grand finals so far.

The losers finals is good but this grand finals is kinda eh. OG is kinda crushing really hard and probably gonna win this TI if TL doesn't figure out something next game

As a reminder, LGD was up 2-1 last year. This isn't over. Plus, TL is going to shift things up.

Its different. How can liquid show up for game 4 after these 2 MAJOR STOMPS?

LGD stomped OG pretty hard in games 2 & 3 last year, but TL might have played too much in the Lower Bracket. They might just be tapped out of concepts.

I think it is. It's a strategy game and you know the strategy of your opponent.
You should be able to adapt if you are a pro player.

Here Kuro is playing standard game with Tide / Ta like against any other team, he doesn't adapt.
