Just ban it it is literally the most OP thing in the game as of right now more OP than tiny aghs because tiny aghs has a later timing we also said the same thing with naga, alch and tinker before i never said that same thing with those heroes though alch in his strongest form was kind of close to that tier tbh i don't mean you specifically but the same sentiments on alot of the really strong heroes are said the same i wouldnt have agreed with naga and tinker at any point with alch, plenty of teams tried counters and failed, to the point of watching teams fail to shut down alch and lose was like a very common thing why i said everybody said the same thing you are saying to the hero at some point it is even more apparent for this case considering only two teams are running the IO carry as their is time to figure out how to beat an IO timing play eventually all the most OP shit even the tinker that can farm ancient and has the instant eblade was still beatable before after awhile of everybody dying to that hero tinker was just nowhere close to this level io is so much harder to kill and pumps out so much more damage and sustain and is so much more mobile in terms of pure movespeed no other "op" hero has felt like an inevitable 20-25minute stomp on this level tinker was murdering teams at sub 20 minutes when ancients was still killable by tinker in the old dota map and that was during supports are so poor and that catching tinker was alooooot harder (no abyssal, nullfier etc and all the shit that makes catching heroes easier)
alch was like faster than IO when first introduced by Wings .. it was pretty crazy
again because nobody is playing against IO on this level but tinker and alch was played all the time so it was figured out .. let it enter the meta and give it time it will be figured out
also just ban it .. i mean seriously they have no time to figure it out

this TI is very clearly the TI of gyro/tide/lesh/void/tiny/io/et/sd/ogre

Weekend at rOtK's Teamhouse

is PL too slow to be picked this TI ?

The delivery on that 'we'd rather play with dead Yang than rotk' is so good haha. Wonder how many takes they had.

and i think that game showcased why void is just a better hero right now, even in the true lategame
pl would try to 1v4 void's team and void would 1v4 pl's team and void just killed pl's team faster with bashes and his mj/butterfly/mkb/satanic type build

And when he is not, he is still far too slow at killing heroes in lategame because all of his damage is physical in meta of every hero having far higher physical damage resistance than magical (i.e. the reason why mjollnir-mkb build is so strong right now) and most of that damage ends after victim loses mana.

if you see the infamous v secret game, I think it's one of two outcomes: he does not get enough farm in time if you pick with other cores OR he is just not strong enough to 1v5 against meta heroes even with farm

PL is too slow to be picked, period. Dota is in a pretty weird spot where patch after patch of acceleration and teamfight focus

Ah i see. Haven't actually seen the infamous-secret yesterday (work getting in the way yuck)

OG just plays broken stuff and hopes no one notices haha the gig is up boyz. Well, you wished for seeing how Nisha fared against Chinese carries.
It is kind of hilarious that you hoped Secret would beat OG, so the Chinese teams could avoid the superiority of OG, and now the Chinese team was beaten by an OG invention.

I mean, i can't call carry wisp an OG's invention, even though i must admit OG were the team that had the balls to actually pick carry wisp because their carry asked for it in second phase.

For another team i would say it is ballsy (lol) for the carry to ask that but OG is kinda the team that has the "i'm playing whatever the fuck i want" mindset.
If Ana asked Bara or Riki carry the team would've probably went "NO PROBLEM" as well. OG is kinda a funny team

Just ban it ROTK
edit: NICE they really did

rubick and wisp banned, it was an easy call but I'll take it

Feels like meta so far revolves about like 10 heroes: SD, ET, Void, Gyro, Alchemist, Void, Enchantress, Tiny and now Wisp. EDIT: Oh, i forgot tide, of course. nah its more
Mirana/Ogre/Shaker/Sven/WraithKing/Lifestealer/Invoker/Kunkka/Leshrac are all seen a lot

to be fair gyro/tide/lesh/tiny/io have been a core part of many TIs. these heros are just generally good regardless of meta

oh man i was scared of the tiny void
tiny omni hm
i think omni feels strong af until the lategame but i dont think he's as strong as most meta 3s in the lategame

Vici having Alch, AA and Void banned. Easy 1-1 or will Secret pulls out some other counter to Alch out of nowhere now?
