Pretty much. Even before that, liquid already lost control and you could see they didn't dare to farm lanes alone anymore despite being 15 kills and over 10k up.

I never said that we never saw such games, but nowdays you get a lot more money then you did before. Then the psychological aspect kicks in after you know you gave a lot of money and then from there on its a snowball. Ah the psychological effet. Maybe then proplayers should try a bit of therapy to counter the rubberband. :-/

Anyways, Liquid have lost this game more than Newbee have won it if you ask me (even if Newbee did play well after laning disaster).

I don't think you understand how rubberband complaints work.
If both of the following are true: 1) The team you like had a substantial lead 2) The team you like lost
The rubberband is always to blame.

Like Winter, they are the true oracles this game deserves.

honestly the EG sandbagging or creating a narrative "chip on their shoulders" theory is really making a lot of sense now.
This is basically the same team as last year with an upgrade at the 4

that was really a draft loss. there was nothing you can do with that lineup/matchup.

We're possibly one game away from OG and Liquid not making top 8, the fuck has happened this TI?

Zai is a fucking god, though.

Most definitely not. They could actually try and push the high ground against those heroes and those heroes don't push the lanes as well as Naga.

Nah Alch is a trash hero and he wouldn't have survived the initial onslaught anywhere near as good as Naga did
Ember, Spectre with Haunt for every Nyx/Naix bomb, even Void would have won as well for Newbee though

Naga illusions killed the stream
fucking Naga

I mean its more than a year and people keep complaining about this stupid shit. Even pros have just adapted to it and say fuck it. Idk start a referendum in forums if you want something to change but its always the same when those 2 variables you posted check in.
