His champ pool is wide, his QoP is so sick as well.

I figured he could play Storm but no one wants to play that hero postnerfs

most of the pubstomping mid heroes. He's pretty much a pubstar midplayer so he knows most of them

Speaking about TA it would have been a way better pick than DP in game 3 imo.

As for what VG has to do... Super is their captain. There's no way they kick him unless they find another captain. Xiao8 is the only choice at the moment. But I don't think Xiao8 and Icex3 are able to work together.

honestly a retarded stat. envy even averages less KDA than you'd expect based on game flow because he always ignores secured kills to chase further

Wouldn't it be something if he was eventually kicked, and Icex3 went back to being a mid player? dont think iceiceice is stable enough to be a mid player anymore, sometimes he makes as many dumb decisions as super if not more. he is just able to get away with it because hes offlane its not only a super issue but also a VG issue, which they prefer not to protect their mid a lot I think xiao8 could also mid like he did on Big God

Also, despite all the shit given to VG, the results still indicate they are the best Chinese team, and it's not though any other Chinese team has been able to match up, so even though Super is mediocre when placed against the best of the West, he's still one of the best of the rest.

I mean, who would you replace him with in China? Even if you could pick from any player, all the players that might be better in a vacuum are still probably worse for VG.

Puppey also has a drafting style much more suited to players who will just play anything he picks, because he drafts much more to the game than to comfort heroes. This is why Na'Vi performed best when they had a lineup with players who would just play anything, and could not stabilize with a roster of players with a much more focused list of heroes, even if in the short term those players were upgrades with regard to individual skill. I feel Puppey's picks have themselves changed over the years. He started off just picking a lot of comfort heroes - eg back when he was picking Pudge for Dendi, hard carry for Xboct every game, etc. But then there was a period when he tried to get his team to go outside of their comfort zone. For example putting Dendi on Magnus, Xboct on support heroes, etc. Finally, I think he's gotten a balance of the two. In Secret, you see him putting EternalEnvy and PLD on comfort heroes, and then using the versatility of Misery and himself to round out the team. The only player that is still a bit hard for me to understand is W33ha. Puppey started off picking comfort picks for him - eg Meepo, WR, etc. - but his hero list is increasing.
Yango is referring to TI2 Na'Vi (AA + LoH) vs. TI3 Na'Vi (Kuro + Funnik)

Maybe is actually really good midplayer he could replace super. IF Super isn't a huge shotcaller of VG.

LGD isn't going to give up Maybe.

IDK looks like FY doesn't like drafting so somehow Super's ended up in that role.
If we see changes, they might actually be soon after the fall major

All this bleak talk about a team that just lost 2-3 in the finals is a bit weird, but I think overall it's icex3 who fits VG least, despite Super's recent weaknesses.
