This is why it's a little bit random, because you don't know when the 0.25s interval starts and ends, so even if you have to turn just a little bit, if you haven't moved when the current 0.25s interval ends, you'll take damage.


If Axe calls enough heroes for Phoenix to safely finish ulting, he doesn't want to be hidden because that means he doesn't get to damage people with Counter Helix.
