How does satanic vs. bladmail interact?
A few times I've been against people who've built a blademail, primarily an issue if I play PA due to the massive crits. There's usually bkb to counter the blademail, but if I use satanic and hit them, will satanic actually save me from critting them with damage that would otherwise be fatal to me through the returned damage?
I've never actually died that way before, but neither did I ever feel sure that it would actually keep me from dying.

I seem to remember that the return damage from blademail is applied before the hero using blademail takes the damage. That would mean a high enough crit would damage and possibly kill you before you lifesteal. But I'm very unsure about it.

How do you tell the AI that you want to solo a certain lane?
|
if youre mid you walk past the tier 2 tower and the bots will move to the side lanes. if youre at a side lane im pretty sure you can force a bot out by pinging a different lane like crazy (towers or something).

So there's no menu or command that would command the AI where to go unlike in Dota 1?

Should be relatively easy to test, no? The combat log thing in-game should tell you the order in which things happen, I'd think.

so i got an abandon (due to blue screen) then rejoined and helped my team win, and it gave me a loss but no low priority queue. whats up with that? id rather have the low priority queue and get my deserved win

Anyone else getting unstable framerate at SE Asia Servers? It's been a problem ever since they migrated the servers to Singapore. I have less than a hundred ms of ping and still have terrible terrible frame rate.

Abandons automatically count as a loss even if your team still wins the game.

Lifesteal happens first, but it's a bug.

What is a list of offlaners that I should learn how to play.
|
the ones that you enjoy playing? Thats kind of an awkward question because we dont know your motivation for playing dota. are you in it for fun or because you have dreams of going pro/ participating in amateur leagues?
Or are you trying to ask what the best offlaners are atm?

ah! So your asking what heroes are suitable for the offlane, thats a lot easier to answer One thing I would mention is that there isnt really a hero who is necessarily "best" in the offlane in every scenario, where a hero goes to lane when drafted is extremely situational. sometimes even when the best offlaners in the game are drafted they will be put in another lane.
dark seer is widely considered to be the most stable solo offlaner, but there are a wide variety of heroes that can pull it off, especially with the changes to creep wave equilibrium on the sidelanes to be more advantageous for the offlaner. Clockwerk, beastmaster, Timbersaw, windrunner, spiritbreaker, weaver, bounty hunter, lone druid, clinkz, broodmother, natures prophet, and lich are probably the most popular offlaners in games where an offlaner is called for, but you should keep in mind that there are a LOT of other heroes that can pull it off just fine, especially in pubs.
The qualities you look for in a offlaner are either escape mechanisms or durability, and preferably some way to collect lasthits safely from long range if you get zoned out, but since it is much harder to get completely zoned out in the new patch that is much less of a problem.
Hope some of that is helpful

You don't immediately get low priority for one abandon. Generally it is several within 24 hours to get you LP.
