I take it back, you are right. Then I really cant explain why I've experienced differently. I will have to test further to check for bugs in this area. I remember a game where this happened several times, shame replays are deleted after a few days now ;(
edit: I don't understand why you're arguing so hard on the second point tho. Yes, if you do have a creep clearing ability, go for it. If you don't, this is a valid second approach. I never said using abilities wasn't better. But not every mid hero have this ability. If you push the wave to his highground and he uses spells to clear the wave, at the very least it wont be hitting on your tower when you run for the rune now, exactly because you pushed it earlier.

My guess is that you continued autoattacking after the 2 second aggro cd was up.
It is not the act of right clicking or A-clicking the enemy that grabs aggro, it is simply your hero initiating an attack at the enemy, whether it be because you controlled your hero to do so or because it was the AI automatically doing it for you.

I sometimes watch Liquid`qojqva. He said that Earthshaka could maybe use enchant totem (short stun with 300% damage on 1 hit, spammable every 7 seconds) in combination with desolator. I liked the combination of the cheap desolatordamage+armorreduction+short stun+300% 1 hit damage. Now, im not dota intelligent or whatever, but im gonna try to build a earthshaker around that skill. If i understand correctly i should want to have as much 1 hit damage as possible! So most of the money should go into simple damage items (and much manaregen isnt a priority). I was thinking about shadowblade to be sure u have the chance to crithit the opponent+the extra damage it gives ya.
Therefore i was thinkin to :
Basic 7000 gold
1. Start saving for boots + wand + soulring. mana and healthregen just to survive earlygame and have some mana to fissure.
2. Transition into phaseboots+desolator
Extension 8000 gold
3. Top it off with a shawdowblade
4. More money means crystalys into daedelus

B. How does enchant totem stack with daedelus/crystalys critical strike (or does it even stack)?
C. Does the outputdamage work well together with battlefury in a teamfight?
D. Is the damageoutput magical or psychical damage or a bit of both?

Treads shadowblade daedalus is known for being a fun carry style build on es. Pair him with wisp and hes quite strong. So no youre not insane.

definitely does, I've done 1400 damage with that build in one hit  I had a relic too though, I really wanted a rapier but the game ended.

About DotaLounge's bet system. What would happen if for example, 10 players bet 20 rares (total) on Team A, and 3 players bet 6 rares (total) on Team B, and Team A wins? How would the 6 rares be split among the 10 players?

there are decimals i.e. 1.6, 2.6, 3.5 etc
the decimals means that .5 or 50% of total Team A gets to get one item, while the other 50% does not.

Battlefury ES sounds like it should work. Then again it is battlefury, the smallest cleave.
I should definitely try that some time.

I'm new and I can't find exactly what happens when you're invisible. Can you be hit by AOE? Does that break invis? Can towers detect you? What about damage-over-time? What creeps can see me? What spells/attacks of mine will break invis?

If you're invisible you can still be hit by AOE. They don't generally break invis, but there are a few exceptions such as Chronosphere. Towers have true sight and will detect you. Damage over time won't reveal you but will continue to tick and damage you. No creeps can see you unless you are revealed by nearby gems/sentries/dust/towers. All attacks/spells will reveal your invisibility (except for Slark's ultimate) unless you cast the spell during the fade time duration, which can vary depending on the type of invisibility.
