If you have / leave X marks the spot at rank 2, then whenever you cast X marks the spot, you can cast Torrent on the same location for a "guaranteed" hit. X marks the spot at rank 2 has a 2 second delay on return, and Torrent has a 1.6 second delay, so they're a natural setup. You can follow with boat if you're casting from the correct distance. ...other than that, I'm not sure what combos you're referring to.
Maybe chaining X-Torrent-Boat?

But it also gives you some attack speed and the lightning can still prock when root is on cooldown. In the end its just a cheap damage/farm item. You won´t get more root hits but you probably won´t get a lot less either. Also attack speed on the bear is awesome because most of the time you will get a basher later on.
I play quite a bit of Ld and I try to experiment quite a bit.(Because always building the same is lame) Lately I really like to go dual boots (maybe tranq) -> maelstrom -> phase -> warpcleft -> basher -> ac when im LD in the off lane and have medium farm. (Add a wand in there somewhere, sometimes orb of venom but very rarely).
Savelane carry or 1on1 i just rush radiance often with just 1 set of boots.
With that build I can always fight and never sit on 3000+ gold and have zero impact.
On midas: When I play solo 1on1 save lane or something and have really great farm I might consider it. Rushing a radiance in that situation can get you more gold then a midas because you can actually impact the game much faster. Also having radiance minute 13-14 is so much better then having it 17-18 in most cases. I think the biggest boon of midas is the 3x exp when owning a big creep. Having a level advantage with LD and getting levels into rabid early on is just sick. Nobody can run from your hungry bear then

Don't feed him mid game, he falls off pretty hard late if he doesn't get kills. Wards, carry tp, map awareness, don't go solo farming if you die to his combo

Yes, because what you sacrifice in farm they sacrifice in lategame potential.

You're not going to get the farm anyway when he's kicking your ass everytime you step into lane alone.

Fair enough. I won't farm. Now that you mention, he does have a pretty terrible ult as far as team fights are concerned...

It's more of farming and getting away with it that's key to countering Spirit Breaker. If you're so intimidated by him, that you don't farm at all, it's not gonna help either.
Practice off the map dota, and practice safe farming. Spirit Breaker can only ever charge you if he has vision of you, so if you don't have a good idea of where is (through the minimap), then you off the map farm in the jungle/ancients. Set up your farming rotation so that you avoid his ganks and make him waste time with unprofitable charges.
If you can stubbornly hold onto towers for as long as possible (without giving away too many kills), that's also a decent way to "counter Spirit Breaker". The more map control you have against Spirit Breaker, the more space you have to farm since your team should be providing TP support.
If you're really at a level where people don't carry tp's around on their own initiative, then you can also smoke and use 1 person as bait. Just farm safely, and learn what you can get away with. Clear waves as quickly as possible, then duck out of sight/tp away until you know an area of the map is safe again.

If you get a MKB ministun and a time lock on the same hit then you'll get the bonus damage from both yes. The MKB stun is "wasted" since the time lock stun lasts longer though as the stuns do not have additive stacking.

Ok thanks for the response, I'm assuming MKB works and skullbasher doesn't because of how long the stun on skullbasher is?

You literally cannot purchase basher on void or other natural bash heroes in order to prevent any kind of silly bash stacking shenanigans. Much like blink on pudge/venge is also disabled (though for different reasons obv).
Being permabashed is the most obnoxious and least interactive thing in dota, so by and large it isn't really possible and if it becomes possible its usually the victim's fault anyway.

If you random medusa, is it better to lane or ancient farm her?

Well, depends on both teams' heroes and what bracket you are in. If you are vs some version of a tryhard page 1 stack then they *will* punish you ancienting. Otherwise you can usually get away with it. However, it isn't really faster than a free-farm safe lane.
So: If you have another carry who needs safelane farm *and* you think you can get away with it, ancients dusa are pretty legit (Only on radiant. Dire ancients dusa is pretty ass afaik though u can still cliff jungle with a QB at top rune medium camp).
PS if you are NOT ancients dusa u can still beg a support to go gank mid and stack ur ancients a few times in the process.

So I finally started playing pubs yesterday, is it normal to see a bunch of people rage dc in the middle of a match? All 3 games I played we got ahead by early ganks, and then people started dropping.

Rage-DC's happen in maybe 1/10 games or less once you get above the very beginning tiers though, at least in my experience.
Once one player has "abandoned" then everybody can leave without penalty (you can't really force people to play 4v5) so the rest usually just insta-leave. Technically abandoning gets you low-priority if you do it habitually, which means that normal people shouldn't have to play with them but at your level there are a lot of extra accounts that people switch to while they wait out their low priority.
The solution is basically to win your way above that tier :/

Try queuing up with friends to minimize the d/cing on your own team, and once you get into a decent MMR people basically stop pulling stupid shit like that.
