If a carry is buying Vlad's, you need to start making plays and fighting immediately since it is so cheap and slot inefficient. Like Excludos said, it varies a lot. It depends on who is getting it and how strong their early game is....and your definition of snowball as well.

I would only consider it snowball on am and ursa since ofc an early vlads opens solo rosh to ursa which snowballs him in lvls and farm and if you get a fast bfury, a follow up vlads on am will make your farm ridiculous (no going back to base more mp for blink also opens up solo rosh) Otherwise its good mid-late game for more armor to your whole team and to buff up your carries

You can get away with midas on lane because you have much more money from lasthits, meaning you don't miss out much on item timings. If you jungle and go midas, you will have late power treads. Also you're forced into power treads if you jungle that long(phase boots are bad in jungle). I think 7 minute midas or so is possible? I recommend you take the midas build to the lane, really. Leave the midas in jungle to Furion, he can get away with it because he doesn't need items to be useful.

1) What is the radius for melee creep agro? Ranged? 2) How many seconds out of sight do you have to be before creeps stop following you? 3) If you have agro on a creep, such as from attacking an enemy hero, but there are allied creeps within range, how do you reset this agro? Are there multiple ways? 4) Is there any way to get a tower to stop attacking you besides going out of range? 5) How is the creep movement path defined? Just a checkpoint at every tower? Any other tidbits I might not have thought to ask about are appreciated.

3) A-click on allied creeps (don't remember if a-clicking on allied heroes work) and the creep aggro will change. 4) It might take a few attempts, but the above works too. iirc the tower will change target to the closest enemy within its attack range. Also, if you need to draw aggro from the tower to, say, save a dying ally, a-clicking on any enemy hero on the map works too.

I couldnt get up to the creepline without eating a battle hunger, and i couldnt get all the way to the creep line to get a cs to kill the battle hunger. I just couldnt stay alive, and my support couldn't/wouldn't stack creeps, so i just had to stay by the tower and i was virtually of no use. SHould i just ask for a switch? A kunkka shouldn't have issues laning against axe/lich. Tidebringer removes battle hunger easily while you and lich are just trading harass, which kunkka should win because his tidebringer splashes more often than a lich can spell. As for specific tips, try this. Attack click a enemy hero to activate the creep line aggro, those creeps will run towards you and thus the creep line is brought up for your last hitting/tidebringer splash easily, and it wont bring your allied creeps towards you so the axe shouldn't be able to Berserker call you and your creep wave.

I don't think you're understanding. It wasn't that i was going up to the creepline and axe started dueling with me. He just throws the hunger on me before i can get there, lich dpses me a bit, then i either have to run to lh a creep (at which point im almost dead) or run to hit him and hope cleave hits the minion to kill it.

if your lane sucks just pull creeps and/or leech exp if your lane is decent you can try to outlane them but it's kinda hard unless you have a trilane or something

If they don't have vision of you when the aggro resets, they turn around. 3. Just waiting out the 2 second reset timer, and they will turn to attack the nearest unit again. OR you can right click an allied creep. Doesn't matter if you an actually attack it or not. 4. Again, a-click a nearby allied creep, and the tower will reset its aggro status. 5. Yes, there are checkpoints along the entire lane that they follow. Thats why if you aggro the creep at certain points and move around, they might start doing weird things to get back onto their path.
