Your 9500phenom is slightly younger than my 6000 and dota2 seems to be more cpu-intensive so i'd say if you have tweaked around with the settings then maybe it is time to get a new card. Your card is pretty old tbh so just get any mid-range cards that released after 2009 then you are set (you dont really to spend on new cpu/mobo), shouldnt be costing you more than 100euro. Recommendations wise you can head to the technical forum and ask around, future proof wise or just a quick solution to play dota2 is personal preference^^ | ||

How does it make sense. You can't really look at XP/min after lvl 25. It seems like you stop gaining XP completely, but the minutes keep ticking to reduce your XPM. This means that everyone who is lvl 25 will get the same XPM. Stupid, I know. It's not exactly the same, but I dismiss that as rounding errors. | ||
