On the topic of player worship, pro players and OG members themselves have stated that Cr1t was actually the "best" player on their team. While Miracle is a superb player, the hype around him (which mostly came from the fairly meaningless mmr grind and associated youtube vids) was never in any proportion to the "weight" he carried on the team, while particularly Notail got unwarranted hate from the clueless masses.
N0tail got hate? Just wait until new OG begins to play, if they not succeed... the hate you talk about will be nothing in comparison.
That's all speculation. We don't know if/who/how OG will be playing. Could just as easily disband or be Notail on a different position etc. I'm just saying it's hard to count how many times Cr1ts roams, Flys drafts or Notails sacrifices made Miracle look so great and all the Notail haters/Miracle hypers are pretty fucking clueless (and that's not even going into the topic of communicative/social skills that players have to have to make a team work and that the fans are completely oblivious to).
Of course it is speculation... I specifically said "if they not succeed..."
I think we agree, I'm just saying the the changes might be so drastic that even the haters have a hard time pinning failure on Notail.
Yea, I get you. I am so tired of the n0tail hate train too, but I can only say to you that no one, neither here nor in reddit or wherever it may be, will change his mind in regards to that. People tend to settle for the easiest way out and you will end up talking to a wall for hours.

I'm well aware That's why I didn't bother with Hariooo.
what do you guys think of attacker? i've seen his stream and nothing really stands out aside from his superb kunkka play. as dumb as it sounds, i hope he does not join the team, but the likelihood is at least there. someone said somewhere that he isn't interested in joining a pro team, yet moon says he is entering t1 which pretty much overrides that. i don't think envy is going to take the gamble with attacker.
as for other mids, i can see them switching fata. maybe he goes to envy's team instead. who else can play mid in the scene aside from w33 and is not sumail (since he's staying on EG)? MP? QO? resolution? aui? lol, pajkatt? zfreek on OG could be ownage
honestly it kind of narrows it down to those individuals, bar envy joining, role switches, etc. what playstyle are they aiming for? split pressure? farming mid? major teamfight/aura? that factors into the player choice as well. i think they could easily switch gears, or go back to farming mids as they have been doing before, leaving w33 as a good choice, perhaps even MP or one of the wellspoken PH. players willing to relocate to participate in leagues.
edit: oh man, i forgot about midone. fuck they could bring in excalibur too.

Writing an essay that communicated nothing much with multiple fallacies is "didn't bother". Good one.
Meanwhile someone says Miracle > Notail and you guys have to spin it like we killed notail's dog to make it sound like he's getting "hate". Nice try, really.

Yeah, Jerax certainly was the best player on Liquid at TI. He's been such an exceptional player for years, (that sandking holy shit) but why would he leave Liquid, especially when the Team is getting even stronger (if Miracle replacing Fata is actually a thing)?

I agree that only his Kunkka stands out, but you don't reach 8.8k by playing just one hero well. I'm always sceptical of pub stars, but Miracle and Sumail certainly have proven the worth of giving "new blood" a chance.
Cr1t plays for money strictly So he's joining one of the big organisations that can pay him Leaves pretty much EG? I'm not sure if/how Kemal pays people on Secret.
I am impressed by the image fly built up, the mental strong guy, the father a well known athlete in several martial arts - a son grown up with krav maga training, courageous and what else...
.. and then, he kicks someone without even looking at his eyes and giving him the chance to defend.
This does not work for me. I am sorry - but I dont care how someone wants to classify dota or the old OG dota squad.. business, friendship whatever... but even in business a fair employer is searching the personal conversation, in friendship this would not happen. So lets say it was business with a friendship marketing slogan, but overall it says a lot about a "leader" to choose this way.

Fly is not a business employer, but a kid that plays DotA. Even people employed to kick friends from companies loathe this side of things. Some even crack completely, and quit themselves. Fly is a kind and giving person, so it is not far off, that it hurts him personally. If he was a d**k it would be easy.
Furthermore I reckon Moon deserved to know as soon as the decision was made, which was most likely when face to face was not an option.
I am not fond of them not sorting out issues, but that is another thing entirely.
People make mistakes all the time it's not like I'm gonna condemn Fly forever.
That being said the timeline doesn't look good. Moon implies he got kicked as soon as he got back so unless you're suggesting Fly only made up his mind while Moon was in flight the more likely explanation is just that he balked at doing it face to face.
