This win feels more impressive than Frankfurt, because then og was very 1 dimensional in their drafts. This tournament, they used a wide variety of strategies adapted according to their opponents. They looked super prepared for this tournament.

The concern though is that they are still very dependent on fly drafts, which means should he gets lazy and stop his draft preparations, I don't think 9k and execution is enough (ie win by sheer outplay).

Well, in the last two series Miracle wasn't as impressive as early on. The teamplay kicked in when it was needed the most.

If it is indeed as you say, then I wouldn't be afraid, I believe he will work even harder for TI. I don't think he is the kind of guy who will understimate the opponents because he won two Majors.

I can't sleep because of this hype! I am so glad I took an extra day off work tomorrow just to get through this post-event hangover lol.

No man I wouldnt be able to handle this! In the old classico it was easy since i adored NaVi and hated Alliance. But I like OG nearly as much as TL actually. Kky and this website is the only deciding factor why I like Tl just a tiny bit more. But its always hard to cheer against OG tbh... Fly and kky are very similar personalities imo

it feels good to be an og fangay

they have definitely heavily improved since frankfurt -- very few games where they put all their eggs in miracle's basket; nearly every game the entire team gels together and notail definitely stepped it up this time

Feels good when you see the two guys that got kicked to be replaced with "better" players end up winning more than the original team, serves them right.

To be fair to miracle they were focusing him mid really hard. 3 mid at all times. It gave space to other lanes and he always recovered well though.

n0tail got way better, he looked like he's actual carry-able in games and carried to some extent!

Fly drafting is way better than Frankfurt, as a whole the diversity of styles shown in Manila is amazing, they manage to take down liquid and actually gave liquid all the heros they wanted to have, that is just amazing.

I've never seen liquid shut down as hard when they get their hands on BM Lycan, OG made it looks easy

what a silly thing to say. if you give somebody the tools to do work, chances are the person in question will take the opportunity and look better for it. this is the style they were playing since the latter part of the playoffs.

was it fly's drafting or was it coach-work also? it could be any number of things, and drafting was weak for select few games, as in game 1 of GF.

I suspect 7ckngMad played a big role in that preparation, wonder if we'll see the coaching role valued higher with other teams after this
