I don't think changing Ditya Ra, even if he feels to be the weakest link, will take them one step further. They seem to have good team work and comunication but this last patch all of the heroes he shined with became somewhat weaker, like Sven and Ember spirit. He should step up with Slark and Yurnero, because he never seems to do as good as many others do with them and I believe he can.
Also he has this problem with major events where he seems to underperform badly, but that is psychology and could be deal with.
In short, I think it is better that he stays and fix those problems, it will be easier than bringing a new player and try to fit him in, at least with the CIS scene we saw last months.

Ditya is good. He just tilted the first day. But also general tilted the first day. The third day Na'vi, the true ones, can beat Liquid. Trust them.

He is, but this underperfom of his last two major events makes you wonder if that is why he hasn't been in a "good team" until now, given he plays for like 8 years? is kinda weird.

As far as I know a lot of the "newer" players have in fact played a long time. For example w33, Sumail and Miracle had played dota for ages before they ever got into even the lower tier of the competitive scene. Idk what Ditya's story is but I don't find him not rising to the top sooner weird.

Concerning Resolution idk if he would want to join NaVi if given the chance. He left the CIS scene, has probably improved his English greatly, and with his current level of performance it seems likely that he will have a good opportunity in an English speaking team post TI.

Very curious to see what happens in NaVi vs TL. Definitely wouldn't have expected these teams to be playing each other in the first round of lower bracket.

From navi videos, navi players are quite close friends with resolution. Everytime there are tournaments when DC and Navi are both playing in, resolution often hangs out with the boys

Theres a lot more than just getting better english + performance that could be a factor.

He left family, friends, probably his gf and he is really young...
