I'm going to say early on that I think Fear is a better carry than Aui if Aui gets the 1. Aui is a really noncommital nervous carry sometimes. Fear is a man's carry that commits hard, accurately, and goes balls deep when he needs to. | ||

He farms well, he avoids danger... he farms well, he avoids danger... he farms well, he avoids danger. Fear does that too but can and has often played aggressive, early fighting carries and shows really strong risk assessment on where he commits himself. RTZ also has insane risk assessment. Contrary to people hating on RTZ dying, carries NEED to leverage themselves for gains on the map which requires risks. Often times RTZ and Fear commit themselves in ways where the risk/reward for dying or not in a situation is favorable, as opposed to carries that just Farm Well, Avoid danger... Maybe he can prove me wrong, but my image of Aui in dignitas has me skeptical he's up to fear/rtz's level of carry. | ||

I actually think most people regard fear as the better 1 and 4, but he is actually more important on 4. As someone else stated earlier, fear is really good at applying pressure when he plays 4, and I think he is better with the communication. A carry doesnt really need to communicate alott compared to a roaming 4, so it might get back to the Aui communication thingy from august. EG didnt have alott of time, they had to take what was "available" to them... this is probably the best they could do. Letts see how this goes... We can always hope for a zai comeback before TI ;-) | ||

also, I'm still sticking by my pet theory that zai gets swapped in for Bulba post major. That would make EG on par with Secret imo. | ||
