I didn't mean to write that in a mean way, more concerned than anything. With a professional org behind him now, I really hope they will actually get him on the right track. At this age (well for a few years prior as well really, but still...), every meal he skips is going to hit right back at him few years down the line. So many things can go wrong if you're malnourished as a child, especially in a high pressure / stress environment. | ||

Practicing martial arts = exercise = gets your muscles moving and blood flowing, so sure it does. It might be more cardio-heavy than traditional gym exercises though which does more for toning rather than growing muscle mass. | ||

However it is very good to have some sort of activities once a week | ||
