Do you send a cover letter explaining your strengths and how the job is the perfect representation of your inner self as well as your CV and then wait for reaction? Is there a reference system similar to the UK in place or something closer to Germany where it is expected of your employers to write you a letter of reference (which by law has to adhere to specific standards, most of all can only imply negative things)? | ||
