I'm guessing the answer is yes but maybe girls are less likely to be flamed/hit on because of their voice in CSGO idk. That'd be interesting to know I guess. | ||

and there isn't THAT much flame. some frustration but i'm at shit tier and people usually don't get that mad at you. It's hard to like feed the enemy right so people can focus more on their own play even though there is a lot of teamwork in covering angles, trading, and throwing the right nades for ur allies. plus muting works even better since there's no pinging haha | ||

always carried by gear or bf/gf connections, it was frustrating if you wanted to actually do content the few that were actually decent were super quiet and didn't use mics on vent but I guess the whole carried by gear and connections thing applied to most of the wow community so not sure if it was a gender bias one thing I'm sure of is that girls have a tendency to bring with them a lot of drama, intentional or not. | ||

girls just don't play video games as much as guys, those statistics saying women make up 50% of gamers counts the innumerable mobile games out there which have a large female audience. Games, esp the 'hardcore' corner just don't attract that many wimminz. They tend to also promote competitive attitudes which are driven by testosterone which hey guess who has more of that fuckin shits stupid, so there aren't that many women who play dota, so fucking what. | ||
