The only way there are charges against the plaintiff are if there are cross claims.

Yeah that's some lazy ass humor and brings up otherkin(its like people who thing they are animals or non-human) and right wing ass holes like to throw in trans/gay folks faces saying its a slippery slope with gay marriage and sex changes. Although the joke is super mild, but it might super offend someone who is transgender.
I'm not offended, but that is the sort of joke super big trans-phobic ass holes make at transgender people, in the long list of other nasty things they do. Just and FYI.

condescending irritation is apparently better than selfrighteous irritation to some people; its ez to discriminate against emotionality. to be fair whining is pretty triggering
boston legal was such a great show, my conservative texan roommate and i bonded over it freshman year

No, I find the jokes funny. Its just the "I identify as an attack helicopter" is one of those jokes that might blow up in your face. I know from personal experience and I felt super bad about it, so I warn people now so they don't have to feel super bad.
Edit: Yeah, I'm super hard to find on twitter.

man you and shaella both need to get on the r1ch tweet policy

i mean isn't that a slippery slope trying to draw lines on who its ok to make fun of? isn't the whole point of making fun of "triggering" that people don't want to feel bad about potentially offending minority groups, especially ones that seem fabricated for the sake of feeling offended and marginalized?
