As far as renting vs buying goes though. Buy if you are sure you can afford it, rent if you have to. When renting it is really hard to save up money so you have to be careful of that one. | ||

That's what it would be in MA, but I have idea how your state works. depends on city ordinance, some developers are cheap and they want to fulfill the city criteria of building duplexes in specific allocated lots but in reality, it's just like an attached sfr if that makes sense. that way they're authorized to build there and can sell 2 sfrs at the price of building/developing a duplex lot at least that's how i've come across a lot of neighborhoods. | ||
