Anything HOT first off will help. Tea, or if you want to make a legit solution run to the nearest grocery and buy Ginger, Honey, and Lemon. Relatively small piece of ginger, wash & peel it, cut into chunks. More you use the more gingery/burny it will be but more effective. It's not a sore throat, it's like something in your throat and you need to clear it. But it's not clearing and I constantly cough because of it. I'm trying to inhale lots of steam and I just drank a shit ton of water to wash it down, so I'll try eating honey and everything now. | ||
