In fact, they tend to create very poor DotA games when either the side picking it plays it poorly, or the side against it plays poorly against it. It's one of those things that are kind of contradictory though--games where people have no clue wtf they're doing with crazy picks tend to be the most entertaining, but result in relatively low quality DotA when teams end up making more basic mistakes. Conversely, games with stale meta picks are probably the highest-level DotA games since everyone involved understands how the game plays out and make less mistakes, but are also boring as hell to watch for the most part. | ||
