yeah it's the best cybercafe to play with (next to mineski)
funny 2 of my friends had important stuff to do that day (the other one having a project to cram that day and the other guy is supposed to have a lunch date with his family) but both of them prioritized playing for the tournament for a default loss lmao
actually it wasn't that bad cause we had fun even when we didn't get to participate the tournament ..we just played some games on a nearby internet cafe instead and as the great artour "babyrage" arteezy babaevzky would describe we had 2 games of a "classic representation of a clownfest" .. everybody was laughing like tards

You can always settle. Its always an option, especially when its a jury trial. Its just a question of numbers.
Frivolous cases normally don't make it past the motion to dismiss, which is still expensive to go through as they come after discovery. And its never cheaper to go to jury trial, because there is always the risk of losing. You never know how they are going to rule or how the judge will provide the jury instructions. We have had slam dunk cases that still had a risk of going badly because juries are juries.
Edit: Frivolous is a strong term when you work at a firm because you deal with some cases based on laws that don't exist or by crazy free-staters who will only accept payments in troy ounces of gold.

How do these chests work anyway? I know you can buy them just in Korea. But whats the interaction with the marketplace and stuff? I have a friend in Korea atm and hes coming back in a few months, might be worth checking out.

In general, its not great to compare hard copy prices to digital sales, since stores and warehouses need to clean out shelf space. In that specific case, Amazon or the distributor likely bought that copy of Witcher 3 and lowered the price themselves.
Also, Valve doesn't' control the price of the Witcher on steam, CDPR does. And since CDPR owns GoG, the steam price will always be higher.
