Germany is kind of unique in having its own unique titles and requirements for education so i dont know too much but the pol means political science. the rest is probably just recognition of years of work. | ||

The number of hits should scale up with level for sure. 4 at level 6 between two birds is crazy. They tell you a bunch of bad stuff, do some work you can't see and then tell you were are better off while handing you a huge bill. | ||

I like visage being viable at least, because he is such a fun hero. The birds might to to good right now, but its a pretty easy fix. | ||
