I assumed it that is exactly why its a good support item and hurts right click heavy heroes. Its not disarm, which is blocked by BKB.

10 armor and 30% evasion will be a lot of EHP against phys/autoattackers but from the looks of it casters are gonna be pretty popular this patch so that might not matter much.

You can just rush medallion and then upgrade it later. I don't see a lot of merit to rushing it unless you really want that miss chance on a specific hero.

Can't you make it on a weaver? Normal medallion is a pretty good item on weaver and evasion is good on him too. I don't see why you wouldn't get it on him. I imagine going treads, medallion, another item or two (deso, bkb, w/e) and then get the talisman of evasion. That's gotta be good, right?

yeah but lotus orb is also a 4k item that provides... weird shit. Small regen, decent armor, way overpriced without the active working overtime.

It dispells negative buffs? Yeah, I got nothing. It seems like a shitty linkens sphere that you have to turn on.
Edit: Blue is right that endgame it could be cool. I want to know how it interacts if you also have linkens on you.

"shitty linkens sphere" is not what I would call it. Reflecting every single target spell you take over 6 seconds is a pretty good effect. The issue may be the stats and cost.

linkens will block the original spell, and the spell will still be reflected if lotus orb is active
