Also as for house stuff. I had it easy. Realator was a family friend of my fiancée's and my brother in law did our mortgage. With that we're super well off though actually getting the house ready to move in to has been agony. Still it is worth it and soon I won't have to worry about it... Till the next thing that has to be done for it ofc.
