I never watched much M*A*S*H because I associated it with going to bed as a kid. I seem to recall it always coming on around the time my mom would tell me to go to sleep. So I would always turn off the TV and hide that M*A*S*H was on so that maybe she wouldn't notice what time it was an I could stay up later. ez strats.

edit; these were re-runs, I wasn't alive when MASH was on for realz, I'm not quite that old
