i'm not blaming him, but he definitely stated at one point that he didn't take donations on the principle that he doesn't need them and it doesn't make sense and if you wanna donate just do it to a charity or something

that sounds like negative ROI to sponsor someone secretly rofl, kind of defeats the purpose eh? I just assumed they fund themselves for the time being until they find a sponsor they're willing to come to terms with. Didn't puppy in an interview say they didn't want to work with any current sponsors/teams because the terms aren't favorable enough for the player and he can support himself?

Either way, with stream revenue and tournaments wins, I'm sure they're doing OK until they sign with someone.

Secret DO have a price apparently, so I wouldn't be that shocked to see an organization cave and pay it if we get closer to TI and secret have an invite and the prize pool continues it's trend of growing past previous years. But i wouldn't be that surprised if it DIDN'T happen either. Secret have a pretty good shot at running off with a ton of TI dough and not having a sponsor to skim that seems pretty attractive.
