Sing, scream, punch something (but take care of your hands  ).Dancing to lovely music can also help. Mindfulness (mbsr) can help prevent us getting into the bad zone too quickly. It did help me realise some of my automated reactions and question them in the process. Tedious work but helpful nonetheless. | ||

So typically sitcom comedy or just some content that will just make me laugh, smile and not stress me out | ||
